2. Liability Disclaimer
By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Balinezia assumes zero liability for any disputes,
damages, injuries, financial losses, or legal issues arising from the rental of vehicles or use
of services discovered through our platform.
- All rental agreements, terms of service, and financial transactions
are made directly between you (the customer) and the local owner or service provider.
- Balinezia does not guarantee the condition, safety, or legal
compliance of any vehicle listed. It is the renter's responsibility to inspect the vehicle and
review the owner's terms before signing any agreement.
3. Refunds and Returns
Because Balinezia is exclusively an informational marketplace:
- We do not process rental payments (except for
specific in-house services where explicitly noted).
- We do not issue refunds. Any requests for refunds,
cancellations, or returns must be directed to the specific local owner or partner you rented
from, subject to their individual return policies.
- Standard marketplace partners have a 0-day return
window strictly unless negotiated otherwise directly with the provider. Payments
made to third-party providers are non-refundable by Balinezia.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute with a local owner, Balinezia may, at its sole discretion, attempt to
facilitate communication between parties, but carries no obligation to mediate or resolve the
situation.
