The most common nail spacing is 8, 10 and 12 mm.

In general, the practice of standing on nails has an extremely positive effect.

But, it is important to remember about some contraindications:
1. pregnancy. During this period it is not necessary to stand on the nails, as due to the massage of points on the feet the blood flow increases, which may lead to uterine tonus.
2. oncological diseases. Sadhu's board acts pointwise on the surface of the feet or back (when lying on the nails) and has an effect of lymph drainage, a kind of massage technique. However, any massage is contraindicated for cancer.
3. temperature. Standing on the nails releases energy and warms the body, which can further increase body temperature.
4. epilepsy.
5. Hypertension.
6. Open wounds on the legs.
7. Strokes and heart attacks less than 6 months before training.
8. Alcoholic condition.
